Customer focus- a driving force

Marketing is a very flexible word. It can be organized or bundled into different type according to the approach or need. Depending on focus, it can be:
1. On the basis of customer focus
2. On the basis of product focus

In consumer driven approach, consumer wants are the drivers of all strategic marketing decisions. Before coming to any conclusion, consumer research, views and bridges are are made between the consumer and the product offered. Starting to end its consumer driven. Taking this approach into consideration also help companies to invest less in R&D.
The concept that the consumer is the only person qualified to specify what 'Quality' means!
